The highest-class brewer’s rice from Yamaguchi “Yamada Nishiki” is used for the ingredient and “The water of Benten pond”, one of the 100 elections of Japanese brand-name spring water is used as mother water. Fourteen percent of the low alcohol content was realized by the additive-free method that is very difficult for sake. Since it tastes so fruity and refreshing that you cannot realize it is made only from rice, it is preeminent also for affinity with sweets, such as vanilla ice cream. Please enjoy it after cooling it well.
