Kitaya Junmai Ginjo Kansansui 14% 720ml

This brew blends the Yamada Nishiki and Gin no Sato Kotekimai (high-grade rice of brewing quality). After the rice is polished down to 55%, this Junmai Ginjo is slowly fermented over a low temperature. The light scent and sharp taste in this Junmai Ginjo was made specifically to compliment Genkainada fish cuisine.
