“Yellow Jiuqu ” used in the production of sake, and “Kuro Jiuqu” with roots mastered by Kirishima Shuzo founder Enatsu Yoshisuke . Toramura Kirishima was born from the miracle collaboration of “Yellow Jiuqu” and “Black Jiuqu”.
It is characterized by its crisp, crisp, natural bitterness, and its fluffy, gorgeous aroma and sweetness. Like Japanese tea, the bitterness enhances the sweetness, and the complex yet smooth entanglement is exceptional.
