This sake is made from the highest quality of YAMADANISHIKI rice harvest in Special Region "A" of HYOGO pref. Under going one year of aging in the unpasteurized state (NAMAZAKE) with the extreme coldest of -10 degree C. Pasteurized unfiltered just before shipping. Resulted in a robust flavour with a nose of fresh aroma. Best enjoy when well chilled.
